The setting for all of this showground affair is the military/port docks. Very cool in a Venezia OMG super old still around kind of way. Really get this sense of there not being that many people in the world, let's build grand kingdoms etc. etc. A lot of people power in Venice. Such small spaces which is opposite to what I just said, but lots o stuff still done with grunt. Even the garbage collection. Which I love about Italy and Espana, communal bins outside which occupants fill from the street. Cool.
